Fesenjan Sauce Base

Description

Persiano’s Fesenjan Sauce Base combines ground walnuts and pomegranate molasses to create the signature rich, tangy, and gently sweet flavour of this classic Persian stew.

Each 150 mL jar makes approximately two portions. Add the sauce base to your choice of chicken, meatballs, tofu, or another plant-based protein, adjust the consistency with a small amount of water, and simmer until fully cooked and flavourful.

Serve with jasmine rice.
