Nan-e Nokhodchi are traditional Persian cookies made from fine chickpea flour, powdered sugar, oil or clarified butter, and cardamom. Their texture is tender and crumbly, with a warm aromatic finish. The 250 g package is suitable for tea, gifting, celebrations, and dessert platters.
