Description
Persian Gigot prepared from a whole boneless veal round roast, studded with garlic, carrot and parsley, browned and slowly braised with tomato, onion, mint, parsley and tarragon until tender. The roast is thinly sliced and served as a complete meal with carrots and potatoes cooked separately on the side, finished with concentrated pan jus.
