Fesenjan Tahini & Pomegranate Sauce Base – 150 mL

Persiano’s Fesenjan Sauce Base combines finely tahini and pomegranate molasses to create the rich, tangy, and gently sweet flavour of this classic Persian stew. Each 150 mL jar makes approximately two portions. Add chicken, meatballs, tofu, mushrooms, or another protein, adjust with water, and simmer until fully cooked and glossy. Serve with jasmine rice.
